is a nationwide initiative aimed at shining a spotlight on ageism and advocating for inclusivity and respect for individuals of all age groups. In partnership with Aging is Cool, Waterloo Greenway invites people of all ages to participate in a series of exciting activities that celebrate the aging process and challenge the prevailing stereotypes associated with growing older. These activities include intergenerational art and fitness sessions, enlightening discussions facilitated by the Wisdom Bench, and the involvement of local organizations such as Aging is Cool, Austin Parks and Recreation Seniors, Family Eldercare Rainbow Connections, and many others. It's a day to promote a society where age is valued and respected at every stage of life.
